I’m not getting political…

September 5th, 2008 by admin

…I am getting democratic. But not in the red & blue party sense of the term. No, I am talking about the actual term meaning the support of democracy and its princicples. I have watched speeches from both parties over the last two weeks and I have come to a lot of conclusions. But those are my personal opinions and takes on the candidates up for grabs and I don’t need to bore you with them. However I will talk on two things and leave it at that.

One. If you are not registered to vote yet you need to stop taking the time to read my blog and instead go to

right now and fill out the form to print out and send to register.

Two. Now that I know you are registered I am going to beg you to do me one more favor. I don’t care if you’re republican, democrat or independent. Whoever you deem worthy of your precious vote, please, take the time to really find out who you are voting for and what they stand for. The position of president of the united states of america is not a trivial position to just throw any bozo into. Research what the candidates in the race think about the issues that matter to you. Find out what they believe. Hell, you can even read their policies on their websites. It’s there at your finger tips. Don’t just give your vote to them because they are in your party or have the same skin color as you or are the same gender or are even the same religion. Vote for who you want to vote for because they believe what you believe and you have done what you can to find that out.

That is all for my rant. Peace to your mothers.
